Key Responsibilities:

•Oversee daily weaving operations, ensuring optimal performance of Sulzer looms for towel production.

•Manage workforce and shift scheduling to meet production targets.

•Maintain machine efficiency, minimize downtime, and ensure preventive maintenance.

•Coordinate with planning and quality departments for timely and high-standard output.

•Lead process improvements, cost-saving initiatives, and production innovation.

Requirements:

•Proven experience in towel weaving and Sulzer looms is a must.

•Strong technical knowledge of weaving processes, loom settings, and yarn types.

•Excellent leadership and team management skills.

•Minimum 5–10 years of relevant experience in a similar managerial role.
